Cardiff Elite Skills Camp

Service Description

Our Elite Skills Camp is open to all junior aged players. This is a full day camp that will focus on elite level edgework, skating, stickhandling and shooting, as well as featuring a full ice scrimmage each day. Our off ice program will consist of Snipers Den, Gym, Speed and Agility, Games and Sense Arena VR Training located inside our state of the art training facility at Vindico Arena! DAILY SCHEDULE : Thursday Jan 2 8:00 - 8:15 am - Arrive 8:45 - 9:45 am - On Ice 10:00 - 11:30 am - Yoga / Games / Speed + Agility 11:30-12:30 - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 12:30 pm). 12:30 - 3:15 pm - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games) 3:45: - 5:45 pm - On Ice 5:45 pm - Free to leave Friday Jan 3 8:00 - 8:15 am - Arrive 8:45 - 9:45 am - On Ice 10:00 - 11:30 am - Yoga / Games / Speed + Agility 11:30-12:30 - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar.
