Service Description
Our Elite Skills Camp is open to all junior aged players. This is a full day camp that will focus on elite level edgework, skating, stickhandling and shooting, as well as featuring a full ice scrimmage each day. Our off ice program will consist of Snipers Den, Gym, Speed and Agility, Games and Sense Arena VR Training located inside our state of the art training facility at Vindico Arena! DAILY SCHEDULE : 8:45 - 9:00 am - Arrive 9:00 - 9:30 am - Warm up / Stretch / Speed + Agility 10:00 - 11:00 am - On Ice 11:00 - 1:30 pm - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games) 1:30 - 2:00 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 2:00 pm). 2:30 - 3:30 pm - On Ice 3:30 pm - Free to leave
