Service Description

Our Elite Forward Camp will focus on numerous aspects play for all forwards : - Faceoffs - Creating Time + Space - Decision Making - Positional Play - Puck Retreivals / Wall Work - Shooting + Scoring - Screening / Tipping - Net Front Battles Both days will consist of a classroom video session starting at 8:00 am, discussing positional play and tactics followed by our 2 hrs on ice instruction and our off-ice program. Our off ice program will consist of Snipers Den, Gym, Speed and Agility, Games and Sense Arena VR Training located inside our state of the art training facility at Vindico Arena! DAILY SCHEDULE : 7:45 - 8:00 am - Arrive 8:00 - 8:30 am - Video Session 9:15 - 10:15 am - On Ice 10:15 - 10:30 - Snack 10:30 - 1:00 - Off Ice (Gym, Snipers Den, NHL Sense Arena VR, Games) 1:00 - 2:00 pm - Lunch (We still have tables and chairs set up in the upstairs bar. Alternatively, you are free to leave but please return by 2:00 pm). 2:30 - 3:30 pm - On Ice 3:30 pm - Free to leave
