Service Description

Our bodychecking clinic will teach the fundamentals of bodychecking, focusing on proper technique, angling, timing and most importantly SAFETY. In this controlled environment, each player can expect to receive constant feedback from our coaching staff, ensuring safety and proper technique is used throughout the session. Each day will consist of a classroom session in the morning discussing and watching video followed by 2 hrs of on ice instruction learning the techniques of bodychecking. If you're starting body contact this season and would like to grow your confidence in the physical side of the game, this is the course for you! *This course is intended for those new to bodychecking*
